"We have four properties in Wellington City under the management of Trust Properties.
These properties were previously managed by a Wellington based property management company.
Trust Property Management contacted the previous property management company and organis ed the transfer to themselves, including collecting the keys and copies of the tenancy agreements, and contacting our tenants.
Since moving our properties to be managed by Trust Properties we found that our properties had not been achieving the market rental they could have been.
Jared advised us to upgrade our properties as they became available and Trust Properties have been able to achieve better returns for us.
Trust Properties inspect our rentals every six months and any maintenance is undertaken by them.

"I have had Trust Properties manage a four flat property I own in Island Bay since 2007. I can recommend their work. When they took over the management they immediately assessed the rents.
They advised increasing the rent to match market rental rates, which was very good, and they continue to regularly review this.
They have shown talent in dealing with difficult tenants on more than one occasion, while maintaining good relationships with the tenants in the units.
When flats are coming vacant Trust Properties has advertised them quickly and let them efficiently, to minimize any down time.
Jared personally has improved the units through project managing a major refurbishment of one unit (including installing a new kitchen and bathroom and painting through out) and he has arranged maintenance work as required on all other units."
