You never have to worry that your property is being mishandled or is not looked after. We manage the whole process so you get:
- Regular property inspections to make sure your property is well looked after
- Managed changes in rental rates
- Maintenance when required from Trust Approved Contractors
We are also on call 24/7 so you never have to worry about calls at inappropriate times - your whole property management is taken care of!
Providing you with professional market advice
As professional property managers, we understand the market and how to make sure you maximise your returns from your property.
You are always supplied with necessary information about market rental assessments, opportunities for preventative maintenance, financial statements and issues with current tenancy.
You are supplied with a set fee for your services so you can rest assured that you're not getting stung by any hidden costs. We charge $125 + GST monthly for all property management (not inclusive of maintenance costs) and a charge of $185 + GST for two flat properties, including home and income dwellings, apartment blocks and attached townhouses.
This is a low cost and extremely cost effective property management solution for quality rental properties.
