Jared continually works with landlords to maintain their property assets and improve their rental returns. With a trade background Jared uses his experience to ‘keep our tradies honest’, and as a practical person will get on the tools himself from time to time.
Nicola (LLB / BCA) is co-director of Trust Property Management. Nicola has a legal and commerce background and works behind the scenes with Jared, setting company strategy, developing marketing plans and balancing Trust’s books.
Her legal experience helps with tenancy related issues, tribunal hearings and keeping up to date with changing legislation and requirements. Nicola brings a pragmatic and solution focused approach to the business. She has an interest in property investment and keeps abreast of market commentaries and developments in this area.

With a background and understanding of residential property management, he knows the ins and outs of residential property maintenance, legislation and compliance.

Senior Property Manager
Adam joined Trust in 2017 after 4 years in car sales and has risen to the position of senior property manager, managing a large portfolio from Seatoun to Paraparumu.
Adams hails from the deep south of Invercargill however he has called Wellington home for 7 years. Adam has a keen interest in all thing’s property and DIY.
Adams has diverse tenants from embassy officials to students so can effectively manage tenants from all backgrounds.
Nik joined the rentals team at Trust Property in 2019 with over 5 years of experience in customer service industry.
Nik holds a passion for working with people and knows and understands our client’s individual needs.
He enjoys everything property-related and focuses on managing a portfolio of over 100 properties and building strong relationships with our existing and new clients.
Airbnb Operations and Design
Marge comes to us with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry this includes cafe management, business operations and barista/staff training.
Marge has qualifications in Interior Design and this has proven to be very useful to her role with us. Marge has taken the role of Air BnB Coordinator & Stylist, she manages our growing team of cleaners and ensures our Air BnBs are styled and cleaned to a high standard.
