Jared Buck
Managing Director
Jared is the founder, director and face of Trust Property Management.

Jared is a registered electrician who has an interest, passion and proven track record in developing and managing property investments.
Jared continually works with landlords to maintain their property assets and improve their rental returns. With a trade background Jared uses his experience to ‘keep our tradies honest’, and as a practical person will get on the tools himself from time to time.
Sam Burton
General Manager
Sam oversees the everyday running of the Rental and Airbnb business.

Sam has been with Trust since 2020 and covered positions within the Airbnb and Rental team before taking over GM in 2021. She recently completed a 6 month sabbatical undertaking the 3000km Te Araroa Trail.
Belinda Buck
Operations Manager
Bel has a great knowledge of the back end of the business.

Bel arrived at Trust after 19 years with Qantas and a small stint in the IT industry. She has extensive experience within multiple platforms and has a great knowledge of the back end of the business. Bel has become a familiar face and voice to our owners and tenants of Trust Properties.

Rachelle joined the Trust team in 2021 after many years in the credit scoring industry. Following this, Rachelle spent many years as a self employed cleaner which has been invaluable to setting the right standards throughout all our Airbnbs. Multi-tasking and adaptability are key skills of Rachelle’s and she always delivers under pressure.
Rachael Ryan-Hayles
Airbnb Coordinator
Rachael is the newest recruit to the Trust Team. She has joined the Airbnb team to be a sidekick to Rachelle.
